YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy policy.
What we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about your information.

What this notice covers
This notice explains how Branson Printworks, based in Branson, Missouri, handles information through this website and related project communications. It covers browsing, inquiries, artwork uploads, customer accounts, quotes and orders. For questions or a request about your information, contact support@bransonprintworks.com or use our contact form.
Information you give us
We collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, company or property, project description, dimensions, quantities, material choices, ZIP or postal code and delivery or installation preferences. A project may also involve artwork, photographs, site or delivery addresses, correspondence, proofs, approvals, signatures, invoices and payment records. If you create an account, we keep account and sign-in information.
Information saved while you use the site
The estimator saves your draft selections in your browser so you can return to them. Once a surface and material are selected, it also saves a session identifier, dimensions and selections to our project system before you submit a contact request. If you later submit the project, that session can be connected to your inquiry. Uploading artwork stores the file for project review even if you have not yet submitted the inquiry.
How we use information
We use information to respond to questions, recommend products, prepare estimates and quotes, review artwork, record approvals, arrange production, shipping and installation, handle payments and resolve order concerns. We also use project records for accounting and to understand which inquiries become orders. Website and security information helps us operate the site, diagnose problems and limit abuse.
Who may receive it
Our staff and service providers receive information needed to operate the website or carry out your project. This may include hosting and account services, email and payment services, production providers, installers and delivery carriers. A provider may need the artwork or delivery details relevant to its part of the job. We may also disclose records when required by law or to address fraud, security issues or a legal dispute. Submitting a project does not automatically publish your artwork or photographs in our public gallery.
Website services and payments
We use Google Firebase for website hosting, accounts and project storage, and Google reCAPTCHA for abuse protection. These services can process technical information such as browser, device and network details. Our U.S. ZIP lookup sends the entered ZIP code to Zippopotam.us to suggest an area; it does not send your name, email or artwork. Where online payment is available, Stripe handles the payment details. Our order records contain transaction references, amounts and status; please do not put card numbers in a project message.
Cookies and browser storage
Browser storage supports sign-in, your light/dark theme choice and saved estimator details. Google’s security services may use cookies or similar technologies to assess requests. You can control or clear site data in your browser, which may sign you out or remove saved preferences. Clearing your browser does not delete artwork or project information already stored in our systems. The site does not currently use advertising pixels or a marketing analytics service.
Keeping and protecting records
We retain inquiry, artwork, account and transaction records for project work, customer support, business records and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the kind of record and the reason it is needed; there is no single automatic deletion period for every project file. Account permissions and other technical controls help protect stored information, but no online service can promise absolute security. Keep your own copies of important artwork; this site is not a permanent backup service.
Your choices and requests
You can ask about information associated with you, request a correction or ask for deletion by using our contact form or emailing support@bransonprintworks.com. Tell us the email address or order reference involved and what you would like us to review. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing records. Some records may need to be retained for an active order, accounting, a dispute or a legal obligation. We will explain the outcome and handle rights that apply to your request under applicable law.
Other websites and future changes
Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Their notices explain how they handle information you provide to them. We may update this notice as the website and project services change; the updated date appears at the top of this page. A change to this page does not replace any rights or obligations that apply by law.
