BRANSON PRINTWORKS / PROJECT PLANNING

Build a display that fits your event.

Choose portable signs, banners and display pieces around your space, audience and setup.

Begin with the space and the message.

Share your booth dimensions or a photo of the entrance, lobby or event area. Decide what visitors should notice first: your name, an offer, a direction or a photo opportunity. Keep the primary message prominent and reserve smaller details for people who stop to read.

Choose how it will stand.

Pull-up banners suit a compact freestanding message; backdrop displays create a larger visual setting. An X-stand is another format to compare when planning a portable banner. Look at the complete configuration: graphic dimensions, base or frame, carrying case, assembly and space around the display.

Consider both sides and repeat use.

A double-sided display may help where people approach from two directions. For a display reused at different events, consider whether the message should stay evergreen and whether replacement graphics are available for that hardware. If you already own a stand, send its model, measurements and photos before ordering a replacement.

Build one coordinated set.

Pair the main display with the pieces visitors need: directional signs, table graphics, handouts or cards. Confirm the delivery date against the event’s setup date, not only its opening time. Outdoor placement needs a configuration suitable for the conditions; tell us where and how it will be secured.
